2. Large investors pour money into industrial real estate to catch a new ‘fever’
According to the Ministry of Planning and Investment, Vietnam currently has 370 Industrial Parks with a total area of 115,200 hectares. Of these, 328 industrial zones are operating outside economic zones (EZs), 24 are located in coastal EZs and 8 are located in border gate EZs. Projects employ 3.6 million workers.

In the past 8 months of 2021, the whole province of Bac Ninh had 1,508 newly established enterprises with a total registered capital of 18,806 billion VND, an increase of 20.6% in total registered capital over the same period last year.
The average registered capital of a newly established enterprise reached VND 12.5 billion, up 27.8%. This is also a positive signal showing that business activities and recovery trend are good compared to the previous year.
4. Bac Ninh recovers the land for the BT project for auction
